It smelts our hearts when we hear our guests talk about how these little fish take them back to their childhood.

Anyone that has ever worked in the restaurant industry will tell you they got into it for the passion. That passion is fed by the memories that are often shared with us as people dig in to our food. Whether it’s memories of catching and frying smelts by the water or sitting by the river or seaside eating fish and chips. It’s always a reminder of the love that brought us here to do what we love and share it with you.
